Planning a wedding or major event can feel overwhelming; but catering doesn’t have to be. These frequently asked questions cover the details, menu options, and logistics most couples and event hosts want to know.
Yes! Peppercinis Catering specializes in full-service wedding and special event catering across Anchorage, Eagle River, and Southcentral Alaska. From intimate gatherings to receptions with hundreds of guests, our team handles every detail—so you can relax and enjoy your day.
Absolutely. Every event we cater is unique, which is why we offer fully customized menu options. Choose from our curated event menus or work directly with our catering specialists to create a one-of-a-kind menu that fits your style, theme, and budget.
Peppercinis provides event catering throughout Anchorage, Girdwood, Eagle River, Wasilla, and the greater Mat-Su Valley. For larger weddings or destination events, we also travel across Southcentral Alaska. If your venue is outside the Anchorage area, just reach out—chances are, we can make it happen.
We recommend booking at least 2–4 months in advance for weddings or large events to secure your preferred date. For smaller gatherings, two weeks’ notice is typically enough. That said, our team often accommodates last-minute events—so it’s always worth giving us a call at (907) 279‑3354 to check availability.
Most/all of our events utilize “wedding quality” We offer “real” china/glass/cutlery for an additional fee.
A “typical event” will have our crew arriving 90 minutes prior to start time, serving for around 1 to 1.5 hours and then an hour for clean up. That being said, EVERY event is unique and we are here to make your event planning easier. Anything that we can do to help make that possible is our goal!
After 19 years of catering in Anchorage, there is not much we have not seen. Peppercini’s has the ability to handle venues without water and/or power!
Because weddings are so unique, we plan a (75-90 minute) wedding consultation with all interested couples. The wedding planning meeting usually takes place in our midtown Anchorage office, but we do meet some couples via Zoom or at a venue. During this meeting, we go over all kinds of details to give you a broad overview of what services & menus we offer. By the end of the wedding consultation, you will have a clear picture of: Arrival/departure times, uniforms, styles of service, serviceware options, menus, timing, and most importantly, cost.
