Peppercini’s began as a humble sandwich shop in Anchorage’s University Center, founded by brothers Jason and Jeremy Kimmel. What started as a local lunch spot quickly became a community favorite known for big flavors, friendly faces, and a genuine love for good food.

As the years went by, one thing became clear: our customers didn’t just love our food, they wanted us at their events, offices, and celebrations. Catering grew from a side offering into a thriving part of our business. By the mid-2010s, demand had outgrown our original shop, and we built a new home designed to meet the scale of our catering vision.

In 2019, after years of success at “The U.C.,” we made the difficult decision to close our lunch shop and focus exclusively on catering. It wasn’t easy—we still miss seeing our regulars every day—but that move allowed us to reach more people across Anchorage and beyond.

Today, Peppercini’s is proud to deliver fresh, creative, and reliable catering for any occasion—whether it’s a business lunch, private party, or large-scale event. What began as a simple sandwich shop has truly found its calling: bringing people together around great food.
