Can you deliver to air services? I live out of town.

Orders can easily be packaged for flight. Ship through Alaska Gold Streak, or load it onto your neighbor's Super Cub. Either way we will get food to anywhere planes fly in the state.

Do you set up the food when you deliver?

Sure do! Get that breakroom table cleared off and ready for lunch. Our delivery drivers will set up your meal so that when your group is ready, all you have to do is release the hounds!

Are Utensils, Plates & Napkins Included?

Disposable eco friendly plates, napkins and re-usable plastic service ware is always included with all Everyday Catering Meal options. Need to upgrade? Ask your salesperson to include pricing in your proposal.

Do you provide a dedicated wedding coordinator or day‑of catering lead?

No, but Anchorage is blessed to have a large number of highly qualified event planners. We are happy to work with your chosen coordinator to make your event stress free!

Can I customize my wedding or event menu with Peppercini’s?

You bet, wedding receptions are what we do best! We are proud to say that over 350 couples have trusted Peppercini’s to handle catering on their most important day. Our job is to make your wedding reception catering perfect!

What can I expect if we hire Peppercini’s to cater our wedding?

Because weddings are so unique, we plan a (75-90 minute) wedding consultation with all interested couples. The wedding planning meeting usually takes place in our midtown Anchorage office, but we do meet some couples via Zoom or at a venue. During this meeting, we go over all kinds of details to give you a broad overview of what services & menus we offer. By the end of the wedding consultation, you will have a clear picture of: Arrival/departure times, uniforms, styles of service, serviceware options, menus, timing, and most importantly, cost.

Do you offer seasonal or themed menus (holiday parties, summer BBQ, Alaska‑inspired menus, remote‑crew hearty menus)?

Peppercini’s talented culinary team makes allergies & dietary restrictions a breeze. Most every menu that we offer can be made: gluten free, vegetarian, nut/shellfish free, etc… Vegan dishes are easy too!

Can I customize my menu or mix‑and‑match items from different menus?

Absolutely, as long as the minimum of 20 people is ordered from any particular menu.

What do you need from my venue (power, water, prep space, load‑in instructions, parking, elevator access, outdoor access)?

After 19 years of catering in Anchorage, there is not much we have not seen. Peppercini’s has the ability to handle venues without water and/or power!
