Not only is Amanda a registered dietician, she brings an impressive culinary background, a passion for quality ingredients, and a collaborative approach that fits perfectly with the culture we’ve built over the past two decades. Her experience, professionalism, and commitment to excellence make her a tremendous addition to our kitchen leadership team.  Plus, Amanada is just an all around Bad Ass!
As Peppercinis continues to grow, Amanda will play an important role in helping us deliver the exceptional food and service our customers have come to expect. From weddings and corporate events to private celebrations and large-scale catering, her creativity and attention to detail will help ensure every event receives the highest level of care.
Most importantly, Amanda shares the same philosophy that has guided Peppercinis since day one—great food, prepared the right way, by people who genuinely care about their customers.
